Job Opening: Director of Grants and Fund Development
The Sky Center/NMSIP has an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced and highly collaborative Director of Grants and Fund Development. This part-time, approximately 25 hours per week position, will play a key role in the strategic vision of this highly regarded youth suicide prevention and training center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Sky Center’s core values of hope and love form the foundation of its work with youth, families, and the communities of northern New Mexico.
The Director of Grants and Fund Development is responsible for writing all grant applications, implementing and maintaining contract agreements and contract compliance; identifying new funding streams, including individual donor cultivation; generating donor communications; and executing special events and fundraising campaigns. In addition, this position provides leadership, and inspires and guides the Board of Directors in fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate must have proven experience with non-profit grant writing and fund management along with a full range of development skills. Excellent writing and meticulous organization are essential to this key position. Salary range will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
