Overview
On behalf of the Parent Engagement Institute (PEI), Palenque LSNA is hiring a Ladders of Opportunity Project Manager, who will oversee the emerging Ladders of Opportunity initiative with a dynamic team. Funded through a new federal grant, Ladders of Opportunity is a new initiative that will allow us to organize resources for parent mentors to support each other and pursue their dreams for professional development and economic liberation.
The Project Manager will oversee project plans, timelines and a cohort of community organizations that will be piloting Ladders of Opportunity projects in their communities. In line with our values, the ideal team member will have a passion for equity and social justice, a strong education for liberation mindset, and a deep interest in using management for innovation. This is a grant-funded position lasting through March 2025, with a clear goal to continue beyond this particular grant cycle.
