Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned and highly self-motivated team member who is energized by a challenge, is obsessed with moving performance data up and to the right, and is excited to drive growth for one of the most loved developer products in the world. Our first marketing hire in the APAC region, this Principal Product Marketing Manger is motivated by being a do-er, thrives in a scrappy environment, and can ruthlessly prioritize. Experience growing new markets is a strong plus.
You will work closely with both the US-based marketing teams and local agencies to develop, plan, and execute localized GTM plans that include, but not limited to, content strategy, unlocking new growth channels, customer/market/competitive research, and running regional events. You are experienced using data to inform decision-making and ruthless prioritization.
This is a remote hire and may require some international travel.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, drive, and execute the overall GTM plan for Postman growth in APAC
- Drive awareness of Postman in APAC through strategic events and partnerships, and community programs
- Showcase the value and uniqueness of our company vision, strategy, and platform value proposition to developers across multiple channels
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to support various developer engagement programs to drive quality product evaluations and product usage.
- Work with partners, customers and vendors to secure their collaboration in marketing initiatives
- Onboard and manage local agencies (briefing, providing strategic direction, executional oversight)
- Deliver customer, competitive, and market insights
- Track and analyze performance, and continuously optimize content based on feedback and market dynamics to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
