Overview

WorkWhile is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill various roles across the organization. This role requires a strong passion for recruiting, a keen eye for top talent, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Recruiting experience in the tech industry and GTM and Sales functions is preferred.

The ideal candidate must have a collaborative approach and comfort taking initiative.

  • Collaborates with leadership to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting (Source, Interview, Interview Schedules, Negotiate, Close) Establish relationships and partner with hiring manager
  • Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures
  • Collaborates with leadership and HR during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide valuable insights to hiring teams and leadership.
  • Builds a pipeline of candidates by using various recruiting tools/sources
  • Create and implement employment marketing and branding strategies through social media and networks to attract passive talent

About you

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in GTM and Sales functions
  • Demonstrated success in hiring senior-level talent within high-growth startup environments
  • Proficient in interviewing techniques that yield insightful evaluations of talent
  • Builds consensus with stakeholders at all levels to align on recruitment priorities and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation tactics to facilitate contract discussions with candidates
  • A strategic problem-solver, who identifies challenges and opportunities in talent acquisition, and implements solutions that deliver impactful results.
  • Competence in social media management for promoting job openings and enhancing the company’s presence as an employer of choice.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Strategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand industry and recruiting trends and apply those insights to deliver top talent
