Job Summary

The program administrative assistant position is responsible for supporting the training and technical assistance projects of Inspire Action for Social Change to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Position Requirements

The program assistant position should hold the following skills:

❏ Strong attention to detail, well-organized, deadline conscious, and excellent time management skills.

❏   Proficient in Google Workspaces and supporting programs such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms.

❏   Ability to grasp and become proficient in platforms such as Constant Contact, Zoom, Prezi, Mentimeter, Survey Monkey, and data management programs.

❏   Ability to proofread and edit content for readability, correct grammar, correct spelling, and correct punctuation.

❏   Ability to balance multiple projects with competing and shifting deadlines.

❏   Open to learning new processes, systems, and workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities

❏   Monitor training requests and coordinate logistical planning of in-person and virtual training events.

❏  Manage necessary pre and post-event tasks.

❏  Collect, manage, and maintain data related to training and events, technical assistance, deliverables, and website to maintain organizational data and report relevant data to grant funders for executive director review.

❏   Manage and maintain event calendars and information.

❏   Assist with travel scheduling, authorizations, booking, logistics, and reporting as needed.

❏  Assist in managing consulting agreements and supporting documentation.

❏  Assist with programmatic administrative tasks, invoicing, and record-keeping.

Compensation:

$22.00 -$25.00 / hour
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
