Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and ambitious conservation leader who can work effectively with the Board of Trustees, 3 staff and our volunteers to grow the organization and expand its impact on the local environment and the communities we serve. The ED must be a strong communicator, fundraiser, administrator, and manager. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for the environment are essential to ensure the success of this dynamic organization.

Primary responsibilities, with the support of staff, trustees and volunteers, include fundraising, land protection and stewardship, fiscal management, staffing, and working with local partners.

Salary and benefits are inline with the successful candidate’s level of experience and skills.

Active for 32 years, TC has conserved more than 5,200 acres through community collaboration. We work closely with local landowners, volunteers, government agencies, and donors to excel at our mission.
