Job Description
The Partner Recruitment & Success Director will manage the Partner Recruitment & Success Department which exists to expand the reach of Empower through networking, promoting the efficacy of relational organizing, and recruiting new organizations to run successful RO programs. The Partner Success Team is expected to build meaningful relationships with our partner organizations, understand their needs, and help integrate relational organizing and Empower (relational organizing software) usage to achieve their goals.

This is a full-time, remote, salaried position available immediately. The expectation is that staff are generally available between 8am–6pm central time.

Job Responsibilities
Manage and support a team of 2-6 people
Proactively seek out relevant conferences and conventions for staff members, and whenever feasible, take the initiative to apply for opportunities to develop and deliver engaging content on relational organizing and using Empower tech.
Represent Empower Project at conferences, conventions, and other industry events.
Continuously oversee and enhance the training curriculum, ensuring it remains current and effective.
Implement and maintain accurate data tracking of account activity within our CRM system.
Desired Qualifications
3 cycles of organizing experience with increasing levels of managerial responsibility
Strong interpersonal communication ability
Proven ability to manage your own tasks as well as those of your team
Strong attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering training curriculum
Excellent communication skills
Additional consideration will be given to candidates who are fluent in a second language

Compensation Package
This is a full-time, work from home position. Compensation is salary-based at $90,000 a year, plus benefits.
