The Director, Marketing Operations, is responsible for the management of marketing technology, reporting and analytics for ClassEdu.




Own the strategy of marketing technology and technology
Implement much of the marketing technology stack from the ground up
Collaborate across marketing to assess resources allocation and optimize our investments in channels, people and programs
Partner with Sale Operations team to optimize our go-to-market strategies and programs
Manage the cadence and reporting of marketing results to internal stakeholders
Develop lead routing and nurture infrastructure in partnership with the head of demand generation and the campaign marketing team
Regularly report on the success of marketing campaigns to the SVP of Marketing, C-Level and other internal stakeholders
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:


5-10 years of marketing experience, particularly in marketing operations
Track record of optimizing marketing investments to maximize revenue
Management of tools like Marketo, SFDC, Drift, Bizible, etc.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, and choose the right ones
Strong experience with Salesforce and marketing automation (Marketo) required; you will be expected to be “hands on” within these platforms
Proven track record of being a strong collaborator across multiple stakeholders
Experience in education technology preferred, but not required
