Global Marketing Program Manager

AWS is hiring a Customer Adoption Program Manager to plan, develop and deliver marketing programs and initiatives that grow the adoption of AWS services, at scale. The ideal candidate must have in-depth experience developing global adoption and nurture strategies, including experience with email marketing, buyer’s journey marketing, content marketing, and digital execution/optimization and reporting. The person who fills this role must also have a proven track record of success driving nurture and adoption marketing programs, exceptionally strong analytical skills and experience building strategy from data insights and customer research. They should also be experienced in working with multiple stakeholders cross functionally with key groups such as Paid Media, Digital Marketing, and Operations.

· Build and own the strategic marketing plan and revenue goals for self-service Customer adoption
· Conduct research, and market analysis, to derive insights into customer and market behavior, motivations, and attributes, to determine new marketing approaches, ideal marketing mix and optimal routes to market
· Execute strategic marketing programs leveraging appropriate marketing tactics, including email nurture programs, digital and content marketing, to grow Customer revenue at scale
· Drive cross functional collaboration with extended marketing teams (Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Marketing Automation) to execute campaigns and programs
· Track, monitor and analyze results and optimize iteratively based on market behavior and needs

Basic Qualifications

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B marketing role
· Experience designing, building, and launching successful global B2B adoption and nurture marketing programs with deep knowledge of digital and email marketing disciplines
· Demonstrated ability to build and execute a marketing strategy with clear goals and objectives aligned to revenue and growth targets
· Experience conducting market analysis, and exceptionally skilled in deriving data based insights and using to build and optimize strategy
· Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, operational acumen and the ability to find creative ways to optimize performance
· Familiarity with the technology sales cycle and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture, drive adoption and accelerate growth
· MBA or comparable education/experience
