The AWS Partner Ecosystem has grown to tens of thousands of partners worldwide and these Systems Integrators, Advisors, Professional and Managed Services, and Technology partners deliver key services that drive customer business outcomes. This role will focus on building the State & Local Government (SLG)Partner Ecosystem engagement within the West Region.
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Amazon’s infrastructure web services across AWS’ most strategic business partners and customers. You will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall end customer adoption in the US SLG West Region market. The ideal candidate has both a business background that enables them engage at the CXO level, and a sales background that enables them to build and execute go-to-market programs with partners.
This role is located in the West Region and travel is 30-50% within the West Region.
Basic Qualifications· 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
· 5+ years of building profitable Partner ecosystems
· Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications· Consistently exceeds quota
· 2+ years selling into State & Local Government (SLG) market
· Master’s degree
