Private Pricing Operations - Quote to Contract Program Manager

Amazon Web Service’s Private Pricing Operations is looking for a talented Program Manager to support AWS’ dynamic and rapidly growing business. Amazon Web Services is at the forefront of the “cloud” computing and service industry providing IT infrastructure services such as on-demand compute capacity, storage, content delivery, database services, browsers and more.
The Program Manager role is focused on driving process innovation and ingesting expanding business activities related to commercial Private Pricing. This position is responsible for autonomously identifying new opportunities to drive deal velocity, evaluating existing and identified process gaps and working with the requisite Stakeholder(s) to create policy and process necessary for crisp execution.

The individual must work with senior leadership to articulate needs, securing alignment within the Private Pricing organization and cross-functionally within AWS, to develop policy and guidelines to support the Private Pricing program, specifically focusing on the quote to contracting function.
This role requires subject matter expertise related to commercial operations, inclusive of transaction approval policy and compliance, as well as contract drafting. Must manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with highest standards of quality focused on delivering results. The successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.

Basic Qualifications

· 5+ years’ experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts and contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
· Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

· · Legal experience, law degree, or strong finance background demonstrating a high level of analytical aptitude
· Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
· Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
