Senior Executive Programs Manager - Executive Services

Experienced marketer sought by Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop strategy and execution of programs targeting enterprise executives and senior decision makers.
In this role, you will build programs to gain mindshare and deepen relationships with enterprise executives and key decision makers at different phases of their journey with AWS. You will drive current programs strategy, develop the approach for new programs and design both agenda and overall experience that attracts the C-suite audience. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of the customers based on their cloud maturity level and internal stakeholder goals and marrying those with the most effective agenda format and program experience. You will work closely with our subject matter experts from enterprise strategy, services, and business development teams in an advisor capacity to help guide the message or content needed to support these intimate, high-touch engagement programs.
This is a senior-level hands-on position perfect for a skilled marketer who enjoys developing, curating, and advising programs and content targeted at the executive audience. The ideal candidate has exceptional program management skills to manage and communicate on all global executive programs, ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver a high-quality experience. They will have a track record of building and executing high-impact executive programs, communicating strategies to senior-level stakeholders, and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop global executive programs strategy and plans that are the cornerstone to communicate to this senior business executive audience.
· Work with key stakeholders to identify and develop the overarching themes and stories that resonate with this targeted audience that are designed to provide awareness and education to gain the mindshare with the executive audience.
· Be able to present the executive programs strategy across the organization including organization, sales, and executives. Collect, analyze, and present data.
· Evaluate, measure and report on strategic effectiveness and ROI for overall goals and program efforts.
· Identify ways to continue the conversation beyond the initial engagements leveraging on-line or other outlets (content apps) to a robust executive community globally.
· Partner with global teams to pilot key executive programs from planning to execution.
· Build scalable frameworks for global executive programs to be easily consumed by our global organization.
· Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
· Travel required: About 20%

Basic Qualifications

· 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise or programs, communication and .
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

· Demonstrated success in event management, program management and management.
· Ability to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
· Proven oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
· Experience in B2B technology products or services strongly preferred.

· Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
