ACT Business Analyst

The Amazon Community Together Team (ACT) is seeking an exceptionally talented, dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated Business Analyst. This team member will supports program wide reporting, analytics, and process improvement. Coordinates across departments to help document, simplify, and implement Robotic Process Improvement (RPA) and reporting process enhancements. Acts as the system administrator of the RMIS system used by the ACT team. Is involved in a variety of projects as a direct contributor or in an advisory capacity. Champions the customer (Operations, EHS, WC, Associate) experience by maintaining the data integrity of existing systems, building out analyses, and reporting on key metrics.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Reconciles new referral cases with RMIS
· Works with operations teams to ensure RMIS non-profit library is up to date
· Understands drivers, impacts, and effects on key influences of program participation and outcomes
· Owns the design, development, and automation/maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
· Compiles and communicates reports for senior leadership; translates data into actionable insights for the stakeholders
· Works with Actuary and Workers’ Compensation data analyst to produce future projections of case volume
· Provides ad hoc reporting as requested
· Identifies, develops, and implements automated and scalable process improvement via RPA solutions
· Ensures continuous monitoring of automated processes on the RPA Platform, troubleshoots issues, and communicates with process owners

Basic Qualifications

· 3+ years’ of experience in data or business analyst role, OR related professional experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience with automation platforms, preferably UiPath or BluePrism
· Familiarity with reporting and data analysis terminology and techniques
· Demonstrated proficiency in advanced mathematics and/or statistics
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to professionally communicate both verbally and written with employees and outside partners, recognizing and appropriately responding to others’ perspectives
· Must be well organized, detailed-oriented, and able to adjust to changing priorities
· Experience using analytics and software to solve questions and challenges
· Results-oriented, with a proven track record of on-time project delivery for large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
· Experience with visualization technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight
· Ability to apply coding languages and technologies
· Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem solve, scope business requirements, and prioritize tasks
