As a Digital Innovation Specialist for the Financial Services Industry (FSI), you will have the opportunity to lead the development of the operations, business analytics and customer engagement approaches for the Digital Innovation Program that supports AWS’s most strategic financial services customers.
You will be responsible for the development and scaling of our operations and processes including the measurement and tracking of program activities and impact. You will be a key point of contact for FSI customers engaging with the Digital Innovation program and will support customer events and engagements globally. You will establish and maintain team cadence including WW team meetings and communications. You will regularly collaborate across functions including business development teams, solutions architecture, marketing, partners, professional services, compliance, product, sales and other related teams.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Frame and break down business problems and activities into key components, provide business insights and answers to critical questions, and recommend practical solutions to get results
2. Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior sales, business development leaders and customers
3. Oversee end to end customer and partner communication, liaison and coordination for Digital Innovation events and engagements
4. Support Digital Innovation BDMs in the conceptualization, delivery and evaluation of Digital Innovation engagements for FSI customers.
5. Develop and implement operational mechanisms and processes to support the Digital Innovation Program in FSI to meet our customers’ needs across regions
Basic Qualifications+6 years of relevant experience in technology, management consulting or program management.
BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in engineering, marketing, finance, business, technology or related fields.
Data driven. Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Ability to multitask and manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects within the program.
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Highly independent and enthusiastic; ability to own and drive operations with minimal guidance.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams, able to navigate complex organizational structures and relationships, ability to develop executive level messaging, report and presentations.
Ability to travel, domestically and international
Preferred QualificationsStrong analytics background and familiarity with sales and analytics tools and/or collaboration platforms such as Excel, Salesforce.com, or Tableau
Experiences in software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), systems implementation or cloud migration
MBA or 4+ years of Management Consulting experiences
