Program Manager, 3PL Execution

AMXL 3PL Execution is looking for Program Managers with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs within AMXL 3PL. These roles require scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving day-to-day execution, and communicating to senior management of both internal and external stakeholders on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
· Influence operational performance for all sites operated by a specific 3PL vendor
· Audit and analyze performance data to address performance concerns with 3PL vendors and influence Amazon stakeholders to remove systemic barriers
· Deep dive CX outliers to understand root cause, and implement corrective actions
· Partner with vendors on FC labor planning processes on a weekly basis
· Implement changes to standards and processes with all vendors on a weekly basis
· Manage and deliver results on projects that span multiple teams
· Work with program managers, operational teams, and vendor leadership to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
· Innovate to improve processes and continuously removing cost from operations
· Travel up to 25%

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or a related field or 2+ years of Amazon experience
· Experience leading cross-functional programs
· Experience communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels

· Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations
· Strong data mining, data analysis and problem solving skills
· Problem-solving, mathematic and analytical skills, experience using data to drive decisions in a business environment
· Intermediate to advanced expertise with SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, Access and SharePoint
· Experience or use of PMP/Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen
